Reservations are held after receiving a full deposit. Personal or Cashier's Checks are gladly accepted. Deposits for all hunts are non-refundable, but can be applied to other available dates or a replacement within the same season. Final payment is due on August 15 (archery hunters) and October 15 (rifle hunters). We currently do not accept credit card payments.
Montana Big Game Licensing
In Montana, outfitter-sponsored non-resident hunting licenses are sold by a market driven system. Everyone who applies for the outfitter-sponsored license properly before March 15th is GUARANTEED a license. (No drawing)
2009 Big Game Combination Elk/Deer License - $1500 (tentative) |
This license includes a conservation license, and entitles a hunter to take 1 elk, 1 deer, game birds, and fish. The 2009 fee for this license is $1500 (tentative)and will be required for hunting elk and deer in this area.
After a hunt is booked and fully deposited, we send applications, outfitter certificates, rule of sale, and FWP refund policies to each hunter. The completed application, completed outfitter certificate, and license fee (cashier's check or money order) needs to be received in Helena before March 15. |
